چکیده
Background. As is known, the treatment of oncological process leads either to occurrence cardiovascular pathology, or an increase in risk death from diseases. Currently, concept ˝cardiovascular toxicity˝ has been introduced, which associated with cancer (CTR-CVT). Systemic drug anthracycline-containing anticancer therapy can cause a number complications, such as myocardial systolic dysfunction, coronary heart disease, cardiac arrhythmias, arterial hypertension. Particular attention paid anthracycline drugs, because they are still included combinations many adjuvant regimens and first-line both most common cancers rarer ones.
Clinical Case Description. The article presents clinical case patient who received polychemotherapy for breast 2017 AC 4 D regimen, chronic anthracycline-induced cardiomyopathy manifested years after completion antitumor therapy. development possible even patients initially low risk.
Conclusion. highlights importance monitoring end therapy, particular, shown periodically perform echocardiographic study order detect delayed asymptomatic dysfunction.

A 10 year old child developed severe cardiomyopathy after combined, multicycle chemotherapy for Ewing's sarcoma and was treated by heart transplantation with good results. Long term azathioprine and cyclosporin caused only mild impairment of immune function and there were no recurrent infections, local recurrences of the tumour, or distant metastases.
متن کاملManagement options Anthracycline-induced cardiomyopathy
Anthracycline cardiomyopathy is less frequently encountered nowadays, due to the well-recognised dose limitations and cardiac monitoring protocols used by chemotherapy centres. However, it is a condition that will persist due to the sensitivity of some patients to these drugs and the necessity for large doses to be used for certain individuals. We have demonstrated the benefit of angiotensin-co...
